About Laguna Beach, FL
Laguna Beach is located on the west side of Panama City Beach, and it offers the same beautiful sand and water found in PCB proper without the dense crowds.
Dedicated Beach
Laguna Beach stands out for its dedicated beach with no commercial development on the beach side of Front Beach Road. This dedicated beach was fought for by landowners to the north of U.S. Highway 98 in a court case that went all the way to the Florida Supreme Court.
Because of this, Laguna Beach is much less developed than Panama City Beach, and the beach exists in a much more natural state. You won’t find high-rise condos, hotels or really any type of structure on the south side of U.S. 98 for a 4000 foot distance through Laguna Beach.
