The 29th annual Panama City Beach Scottish Festival will take place at Frank Brown Park’s festival site and will feature Scottish athletic competitions, Scottish & Irish musical performances (such as bagpipe bands and Irish step dancers), a British car club show, children’s activities and Scottish and Irish food and drink.
