The eighth annual Movies & More series at Camp Helen State Park continues on Thursdays June 30, July 14 and July 28.
June 30, before we show Soul, will have a program from Keep PCB Beautiful.
Complimentary hotdogs, chips, water, and s’mores will be provided by the FOCH.
The evenings begin at 7:00 pm with music, hula hoops, crafts and a new interpretive program each week.
Encanto on July 14 is sure to be a hit with a program from PCB Beach Mosquito. The season finale takes place July 28 with The Goonies and will include a program from the Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs.
These special movie nights are sponsored by Florida’s Department of Environmental Protection, and the Friends of Camp Helen State Park. Admission into the park for this event is free, although donations are accepted and will go directly to the Friends of Camp Helen State Park to benefit the park’s resource management projects and interpretive programs.
